Dose-Response Study

A study examining how different supplement doses affect outcomes.

A dose-response study investigates the relationship between varying doses of a supplement and the magnitude of its effect. These studies are critical for determining optimal dosing — the amount that produces the greatest benefit with acceptable risk. A clear dose-response relationship (higher doses producing greater effects up to a plateau) strengthens the evidence that the supplement is truly causing the observed effect rather than being a coincidental finding.
