About

A standardized extract from Camellia sinensis rich in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), one of the most extensively studied natural compounds for supporting thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Green tea extract has been reviewed in multiple Cochrane and systematic analyses for its role in supporting healthy body weight.

How It Works

Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) inhibits catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT), prolonging norepinephrine signaling and increasing thermogenesis and fat oxidation. Also activates AMPK, which promotes fatty acid oxidation and inhibits lipogenesis in adipocytes.
